The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a lounge for use by guests from 1pm - 8pm, with free drinks and ice cream; really a thoughtful act by the hotel. The monorail station is a short walk away and the area is convenient for most shopping and dining activities.

All things considered, we had an extremely pleasant experience at The Richmond. . . . . , cleanliness, staff cordiality, and comfort were all "top-of-the-line"

The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, there were Japanese and international options. Also, there was a vast selection of coffee, soda, and juice, so everybody would find something to drink.

Staff were extremely helpful - after my shoes were left behind in the luggage storage, they brought them to me at the airport but unfortunately missed me as I had to board my flight, so then posted them to me in Tokyo :)

Good location between the harbor and Kokusai Dori and near to the Yu Rail Station. Big room with comfortable twin beds. Free drinks and ice cream in the afternoon.
